KPIG and Fresno

Fresno - January 6th

we got up early and drove to Freedom, CA to play live on KPIG which broadcasts all over California. we played Fort Bragg, Don't Forget and Summer Roof and did an interview as well. the radio station was in an old motel and had a chill vibe - lots of cool people hanging around during the set and poking their heads in the studio.

we packed up as quick as possible to get over to Fresno for our first living room set. the boys were questioning me about this gig and it is a strange concept setting up and playing in someone's living room. my main goal on this tour was to get the music out to new people and these living sets seemed like a great way to do that.

this show was at my Aunt Sari's place and it turned out to be a great show. we had plenty people who were eager to listen and the room was real large. we played two sets. mucho thanks to Sari for getting people to come out and hosting a great show. the boys didnt question why we played it afterwards.

my moment of the day was when we stopped in los banos to get some food on the way over to fresno - max and i ordered some burritos from a hole in the wall taco place while jason, jon and kellen went over to fosters freeze. while max and i were waiting for our burritos we thought it would be a good idea to have jon get us 2 milk shakes. unfortunately we ordered these on an empty stomach and once we got done with our burritos we were stuffed. max and i tried to force down the milk shakes but we ended up giving them to jason and kellen. i was in literal pain but still trying to get the shake down....
